Implementation of Master’s Programs in the Universities
Abstract
The paper considers the current state of Master’s programs in the Russian Higher Education and prospects of their development in the nearest time, in the light of introducing new educational standards. It is shown that in the learning process, a professor and a student are creating value added which enlarges student’s human capital. The system of the quality control of Master’s programs is described.
