Краудсорсинг как новый драйвер цифровой экономики и инструмент гармонизации интересов участников

Настоящая работа развивает и дополняет теоретические положения научного направления, в котором краудсорсинг рассматривается как «инструмент решения сложных проблем» в части понимания процессов формирования сообществ на основе интересов и ценностей. Гипотеза исследования: понимание природы процессов гармонизации, взаимодополнения и кооперации индивидуальных интересов с общественными ценностями позволяет объяснить формы и характер формирования и развития сообществ и, соответственно, специфику протекающих в них краудсорсинговых процессов.Объектом исследования являются особенности формирования и развития сообществ в цифровой экономике; предметом — новые отношения и коммуникации в цифровой экономике, которые возникают среди экономических субъектов в процессе создания
и эволюции сообществ и краудсорсинга. В первом разделе статьи представлена эволюция определения и содержания феномена краудсорсинга, для того чтобы понять природу этого нового явления и важнейшие составляющие его развития; во втором разделе проведен анализ сущностных характеристик базовой экономической категории «интерес» как основы возникновения и развития краудсорсинга, что позволило кластеризовать интересы, понять, как они сочетаются (конфликтуют), развивают мотивацию и формируют ценности, определяя характер и форму краудсорсинговой коммуникации; в третьем разделе на основе синтеза разработана авторская модель процесса гармонизации интересов, кристаллизации ценностей, формирования сообществ и возникновения краудсорсинга, что позволяет рассмотреть краудсорсинг через управленческую парадигму и предложить подходы по оптимизации этих процессов; в четвертом разделе представлены концептуальные рекомендации для применения предложенной модели на практике. Область применения результатов — развитие экономической науки и понимание новых инструментов ее эволюции, повышение «инклюзии» («вовлеченности») в экономическом развитии с помощью краудсорсинга, реализация ключевых проектов в государственной политике.
