International Nontrivial Closed Circulation Systems of Electronic Money

Abstract

In this article international systems of electronic money with different anomalies are analyzed. Three key anomalies of common case of the emission of electronic money in closed circulation system are considered. Presence or absence of the banking activity in each of nontrivial international systems of electronic money is identified. Two different interpretations of loading of a card are shown. The author determined which systems of electronic money are of monetary type and which are not.
