Нанькайская школа: опыт адаптации экономической науки к китайским условиям в 1920–1930-е годы

На примере деятельности Нанькайского института экономики во второй четверти ХХ в. в статье c привлечением малоизвестных первоисточников на китайском языке проанализирована проблема адаптации западных экономических теорий к изучению экономики Китая. В центре программы китаизации экономических исследований и преподавания «нанькайской школы» находилась работа по сбору и обобщению достоверной информации о китайской экономике. Во второй половине 1920-х годов Нанькайский университет стал в Китае лидером в проведении социально-экономических обследований, составлении индексов цен, изучении отдельных отраслей промышленности и сельских регионов. Основатели «нанькайской школы» Хэ Лянь и Фан Сяньтин получили экономическое образование в США, вплоть до конца 1940-х годов Нанькайский институт экономики находился в большой зависимости от американской грантовой поддержки. Это не помешало поставить задачи «знать Китай» и «служить Китаю» в сфере экономических исследований через соединение иностранных теорий и методов с накоплением знаний о реальной ситуации в экономике на основании достоверных количественных данных. Стремление «локализовать» экономическую науку стимулировало создание новаторских университетских учебников, излагавших общие теоретические положения с опорой на китайские примеры. Повышенное внимание было уделено вовлечению студентов экономических специальностей в практическую работу, включая проведение обследований. Нацеленность на решение проблем Китая вела экономистов «нанькайской школы» к отказу от механического следования готовым иностранным рецептам. За два десятилетия деятельности в республиканский период «нанькайская школа» добилась крупных успехов в сборе фактического материала о китайской экономике и адаптации учебных курсов, ее наследие стало важной отправной точкой при осуществлении современной политики китаизации экономической науки в КНР.
