On the Model of Economic Development (Modernization) of Russia in the Post-crisis Period

Abstract

In the article, we study theoretical aspects of modernization of Russian economy and analyze prospects of its transition to innovative model of development. According to authors’ opinion, in the nearest future we can likely expect modernization of several industries controlled by the Government. Without reforms, creating favorable conditions for the market (private) sectors,
such modernization will not sufficiently affect the current inertial model of economic growth. Refs 10.
