Evolution of Ideas of Teoretical Foundations of Economic Policy in Russian and German Literature
Abstract
The global economic crisis has exacerbated a number of economic problems brought to the fore questions related to the implementation of economic policy. However, the analysis of works of contemporary authors shows that up to now there is no single point of view about what economic policy constitutes, what its place in the economic science; the authors do not agree about its content, structure, tools, and techniques. All this makes particularly urgent to appeal to the theoretical studies of domestic and foreign authors of XIX — early XX centuries. Th e study and classifi cation of scientific approaches to economic policies of old scientific schools will apply a holistic approach and synergies from the use of certain tools in various economic problems.
