The Model Estimating how Higher Education Knowledge Increases Human Capital
Abstract
The article is devoted to the method of estimating human capital growth. Principal attention is given to one of the major stages of the human capital growth, Higher Education. The method uses imperfect numerical data and non-numerical information on the human capital nature. The method is tested on a real example of students’ group testing with following description of specifi city of application of the results received.
