Abstract

In this section, we publish memoirs about S. I. Tyulpanov by V. C. Torkanovsky, PhD in History, Yu. V. Basistov, retired colonel, and professor M. A. Sklyar presented at the International Conference “Economic Th eory and Practice: the Global Challenges” devoted to the 110th Anniversary of outstanding academician, teacher, soldier, and diplomat, founder of the Department of Economics of the Modern Capitalism S. I. Tyulpanov (Economic Faculty of Saint Petersburg State University, 13 October, 2011).
