Abstract

The article is devoted to the evolution of energy industry in Russia and in the world in the context of long economic waves. From the one side, nuclear energy is economic in using, from the other side, it connected with ecological threats. Th e article investigates some theoretical points of intensive usage of nuclear energy, as well as reasonable barriers for its wide using.
