International Non-Market Goods in Contemporary Economic Research
Abstract
The article presents an analysis of different approaches to the public and merit goods theories and presents a consolidated classifi cation of non-market goods discussed in contemporary economic research. A special attention is paid to the global public goods, as the inclusion of a normative element to the analysis of the international organizations’ performance is essential to fi nd the way out of their current crisis.
