Corporate Finance: Methodological Aspects of Strategic Planning
Abstract
The attitude to strategic planning among the specialists was periodically revised for over 40 years. The classical concept of strategic goal-setting does not allow us to solve many issues of business development as a part of a particular business system. The article explains the feasibility of strategic financial planning orientation to the growth of business value, and its integration with the business system as a whole, while ensuring the required solvency level of the company. In the article, the priority in strategic financial planning is given to rationalizing future financial needs of the company, based on business goals, as well as taking into account conflicting objectives of the organization as a whole.
