The Property and the State in the Modern Russia
Abstract
Politico-economic system of nowadays Russia has combined elements of three earlier formations, namely socialism, capitalism, and feudalism. By the end of the first decade of the XXIth century, Russia became the state of established authoritarian bureaucracy. The Legislation and Law are replaced with the voluntary methods regulating political and economic life of the society, what allowed to the commanding elite to subject all forms of business and property for its own gain. In fact, the private property disappears in Russia. The only way for business to develop is to coalesce with the authorities. This system of privileges and inequalities in front of the Law is fatal for the power and the country.
