Funding of Higher Education in Russia: Status and Prospects
Abstract
The article deals with the key problems of Higher Education funding in Russia and is focused on per-capita financing for Higher Education in Russia. The effects of per-student funding formulas implementation for Russian universities are investigated. Special analysis is given to the per-capita funding pattern worked out by the experts of the Higher School of Economics (Moscow).
