Educational Loans: Russian and International Experience

Abstract

The article examines some issues of the assessment and perspectives of the educational loans scheme. This scheme is a result of the experiment on implementation of the preferential educational financing conducted by the Government of the Russian Federation in 2010–2013. This system is compared with the similar international systems of educational financing operating in the developed countries.
