World Financial Crisis and the Russian Economy: is there a Reversal Point?

Abstract

The article reveals the most important features of the present world crisis. The author analyzes possible causes of the crisis and considers that the central cause is dominating model of the global financial capitalism. The special attention is paid to crisis processes in the Russian economy, as well as their effects on prospective economic development of the country. Further, the author analyzes some crisis management actions and their role in the changes of economic model.
