Organization of Public Health: Experience of Developed Countries
Abstract
The article is devoted to the review of existing systems of public health. Today, the World Health Organization marks out three models of the public health organization: state, market (private) and social insurance based. Borders between them are not clear defined; in different countries we can see features of all above systems. Studying experience of developed countries in the sphere of public health organization might help to choose the optimal system for Russia.
