Abstract

The article represents the results of a study of pharmaceutical intersectoral mesoeconomic system of the Russian economy under global transformations of pharmaceutical industry. Structural features, system properties, and main development trends are distinguished. Most important requirements for solving the problem of national pharmaceutical security in light of essential trends of the world pharmaceutical market are emphasized.
