Medical Services Market in Russia: Specificity of Competition
Abstract
The article addresses the determination of specific features of competition, its types and methods of raising its efficiency on the base of the model of medical services market forming in Russia. These features can appear because of a series of skewed incentives, faulty assumptions, unfortunate strategy choices, and invalid regulations that are quite clear but inconsistent with how value is actually created in delivering health care.
