Abstract

The article deals with main problems of budget misbalances which is adherent to the majority of local management. It provides the actuality of this research. The term "local management resources " is formulated. The proposals on the improvement of mechanism of the management of the revenue resources are stated which as a principal goal have raising of the budget of local management to the required level.
