VICTOR M. STEIN AND RUSSIAN REVOLUTIONS IN 1917
Abstract
This is the second article in a series of Leonid D. Shirokorad's papers devoted to the analysis of Victor M. Stein's theoretical views. Being a Secretary of the Council of Congress of Industry' and Trade's Representatives, which presented Russian trade and industry circles' interests, Victor M.Stein took an active part in intense discussions on the main directions of Russia's economic development after Revolution in February 1917. He expressed very impressive and precisely political and economic positions of Russian business in crucial 1917. His warnings against socialistic experiments in Russia have a special interest.
