Modernization Processes in the Economies of Latin America: Lessons for Russia
Abstract
This article considers comparative analysis of the modernization processes in Latin America's and Russia's economies in the XXth century. The author presents general characters of the transformation of economic models in these countries, which are conditioned by similarity of both aims of the economic development and results reached. The paper focuses on the problem of left-central changes in the policy reforms in some countries of Latin America and on the study of their influence on the modern economic policy in Russia.
