Development of the Mechanism of State Property Governance
Abstract
The article is devoted to the core problems of forming and developing of governance of the state sector of Russian economy. The author argues with the widespread statement of ineffectiveness of state ownership as a whole and proves that it is more correct to discuss ineffectiveness of management and inefficient firm owner.
