Innovation Policy in Russia: the Regional Aspect
Abstract
This article is dedicated to the analysis of innovation policy of Saint Petersburg, Tomsky region and Tatarstan. On the base of analysis of their regional policies in the sphere of innovations support, the best experience and factors restricting the innovation development are defi ned. Moreover, case of Tomsky region shows, that the personnel development is one of the most important questions in the innovation policy.
