Forming of Learning Teaching Staff in the Transition to the Competence Model of Economic Education
Abstract
This article studies the problems of education modernization related to its main component — the human factor. The author analyzes the process of development of a university in the field of economic education in the transition to the competence model of economic education.
The result of this research supports the conclusion on the transformation of the socio-psychological archetypes and the roles of the pedagogical staff, raising questions about future perspectives of such transformation and related changes in the forms and methods of management of the academic and teaching staff of the university.
