Integrated Business Groupings: Typology and Dynamics of Legal Organizational Forms
Abstract
In the article, some regularity in development of legal organizational forms of business activity is traced, from the simplest to the complex integrated ones. The definition of business grouping is given, and the author’s typology of them is presented. The main characteristics of such groupings are described and illustrated with various examples of Russian and foreign practice.
