Abstract

The paper refers to the problems of economic systems development modeling. The general equilibrium model for short-term period with resource - material, financial and currency blocks was constructed. A special model based on the Arrow-Debren macroeconomic model is presented. This model serves as an instrument to investigate the dependence of an economy on tax and budget policies.
