Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of a role of Swiss banks in formation of the Russian segment of the global finance. The author shows the essence of processes of the global finance and stages of evolving of the Russian segment of the global finance. Directions of influence of Swiss banks on the Russian bank branch are analyzed. First, there are recommendations of Basel Bank on sufficiency of capital for international settlements; second, organizing UBS and CSFB debut operations of the Russian Federation, the Russian banks and the industrial companies in the international money markets and debt capital markets; third, underwriting CSFB for the Russian issuers.
