Reforming IMF: why the 20th Century Model Needs a Makeover
Abstract
The article aims at analyzing various issues of reforming the International Monetary Fund such as governance and quota increases reform, surveillance and different lending instruments. Having noted that reform is urgently needed, the author indicates a number of obstacles for that and first and foremost, a position of the United States.
