Franchising as the Way of Intellectual Property Commercialization
Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of implementing franchising as the strategy of franchisor’s intellectual property commercialization. Main problems and perspectives of franchising in Russia are depicted in the article. Key decisions within the franchising strategy are identified.
