Implementation of the Technical Regulation Reform in Russia
Abstract
The article deals with the implementation of the technical regulation reform in Russia, including obligatory certification cancellation and transition to the international declaring practice. All this together, with the high level of import dependency, could create serious threat to the national economic security. The common technical regulation system and the legal framework of the Customs Union should help to implement the reform.
