On the International Standard of Business Education

Abstract

Professional competencies of business analysts are discussed in the article from the point of view of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (ВАВОК). For the Russian companies, it is important to invite professionals able to assess a company state and to defi ne directions of business processes optimisation according the corporate strategy. In the article, you can fi nd the short characteristics of the standard of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge, basic methods and research tools of each business analysis stage, as well as some recommendations for soft ware, necessary for the business analyst.
