Strategic Planning of Сommercialization of Intellectual Products
Abstract
The article provides the analysis of key factors of commercialization of intellectual products. On the base of this analysis, main steps of strategic planning in the sphere of commercial use of intellectual property are determined. The authors proved the possibility of using hierarchiesanalysis method for substantiation the choice of commercialization strategy. They also study a practicality of applying Economic Value Added concept for controlling key indicators, influencing the effectiveness of commercial use of intellectual property.
