In Support of Skepticism
Abstract
In this article, the author considers some results of the new skepticism. Its essence comes to the statement that it is possible to make any interpretation of a scientific problem on the ground of several (at least two) theories. Either can emanate from different, even incompatible with each other principles, however, either leads to obtaining of true outcomes.
Resume for science and practice reduces itself to several extremely important recommendations: 1) one should approach a problem without certainly ready-made solution; 2) be able to empathy, understand wishes of interlocutor and never offend him; 3) respect traditions but never idealize them; 4) realize that any problem has at least two decisions; 5) as far as possible not to go against conscience and think in consort with yourself.
