Construction of the Firm Dynamic Model on the Base of Second-order Linear Difference Equations
Abstract
The problems of application of second-order linear difference equations in the models of dynamics of enterprise (firm) development are considered in the article. On the base of the constructed model, properties of firms strategies concerning accumulation and borrowing rates are investigated.
