Corporate Social Responsibility: Problems of Integration into Educational Programs of Higher Education
Abstract
The article deals with the four groups of factors that determine the necessity and possibility of the integration of corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the educational programs of Higher professional education (HPE).
The author stresses the need for a socially responsible way of thinking for future economists and managers. Based on the study and generalization of experience in teaching, refl ecting the perspective of CSR, the implementation of education programs in leading universities of Russia and several European universities, the author formulates the goals and possible ways for integration of CSR into education programs. She also considers the terms of successful training of qualifi ed experts in the new for Russia professional area — corporate social responsibility as well as challenges to the solution of this problem.
