Corporate Social Policy: Basic Premises of Analysis
Abstract
The article deals with key concepts and modern approaches to insight of the content, goals and specificity of Russian model of corporate social policy. The relationships between the basic terms of “corporate social policy”, “social policy” and “corporate social responsibility” are also identified. The author justifies the need of forming alternative model of the social policy based on the principle of solidary social responsibility of all parties involved: the State, companies and citizens.
